Stop reading signals. Start reading markets.
A hands-on, small-group diagnostic clinic where we tear open 30 real market replays — live, not screenshots — and decode what the order flow was actually telling you before the candle closed.
There's a difference between recognizing patterns on a footprint chart and actually understanding the liquidity story behind them. Most traders — even experienced ones — are stuck at pattern recognition. That's not enough.
You've been burned by aggressive delta that reversed instantly. The single signal told you one thing. The combination told the real story — but you weren't trained to read it.
A frozen chart shows you a result. A replay puts you inside the decision. You can't develop a true read on the market by studying outcomes. You need to experience unfolding scenarios.
Traders absorb. Traders also bait. If you don't know how to read the surrounding context, you will be on the wrong side of both.
You've seen hundreds of setups. But can you finish this fast? "When I see A + B and C fails, I look for…" Most traders can't. That's why observation never becomes edge.
This isn't a lecture. It isn't a showcase of my best trades. It's a live diagnostic session where we work through 30 real market scenarios together — and you learn to see what's happening inside the order flow before the market shows its hand.
We'll freeze the replay at critical decision points. You'll be forced to read the flow with only order flow tools visible. Then we reveal, deconstruct, and extract the intelligence cues that would have told you exactly what was about to happen.
Why replays and not screenshots? Because markets move. Liquidity shifts. Absorption builds over multiple prints. A screenshot captures a single moment in time and strips away everything that makes order flow readable. We use real replays because that's what real trading feels like.
Why small group? Because the discussion is where the learning happens. When I ask "What is the order flow you want to see next?" — your answer tells me exactly what you understand and what you're still missing. That feedback loop doesn't work in a room of 500 people.
Every scenario follows the same structured sequence — because great traders don't react to each situation differently. They apply a consistent diagnostic process at speed.
We present the scenario — slow rotation, breakout attempt, news event, liquidity raid — with only order flow tools visible. No hindsight. No outcome. You read what's in front of you and tell me what you see.
Before we see the outcome, I ask: "If you only had this flow, what's the likely next sequence?" This is the question that separates traders who react from traders who anticipate. We discuss it live, as a group.
We bring up the full chart and outcome. Then we walk through exactly what happened — how liquidity pulled or stacked, where the real absorption was vs. the bait, and whether delta/imbalance structure gave early warning before the move.
After each scenario, we extract 2–3 intelligence cues — the specific order flow signatures that were present and readable. These get added live to a shared document you keep. By the end of the clinic, you have a reference library built from 30 real market situations.
Every case closes with a simple, actionable rule. Not a vague observation — a clear conditional statement that turns pattern recognition into structured decision-making you can apply in real time.
Pattern recognition is worthless if you can't act on it consistently. That's why every case in the clinic ends the same way — with a rule you can test, apply, and refine.
Simple. Concrete. Repeatable. This is how institutional traders turn market reading into systematic process — not a gut feeling, but a conditional framework built from direct observation. Across 30 cases, you build this into instinct.
Real absorption versus manufactured absorption. Where large hidden orders show real intent vs. where they're setting traps.
When delta confirms a move, when it diverges, and when divergence is the signal — not a noise to dismiss.
How imbalances stack across bars and what happens when they don't line up with the directional narrative.
The footprint signatures that mark where traders are stuck — and how to know when the market will use them as fuel.
How order flow behaves around catalysts — the difference between news-driven follow-through and the fade that follows a spike.
Reading the subtle shift when a range is turning — the volume, delta, and absorption patterns that signal rotation before breakout or breakdown.
What separates a real breakout from a failed one — the specific flow signatures to look for before committing to the move.
I spent two decades at institutional trading desks — JP Morgan, Commerzbank, Cargill, EDF Man — where reading order flow wasn't an edge. It was survival. You didn't get to talk about patterns in a vacuum. You had to be right about what the flow was telling you, in real time, with real risk.
Everything I built at OrderFlows.com comes from that background. Not theory. Not back-tested scenarios. Actual live market reading, refined over 20+ years, translated into tools and frameworks that retail traders can apply.
The Intelligence Clinic is the most direct transfer of that skill I've ever offered. No slides. No produced content. Just live replays, real scenarios, and the exact diagnostic process I use to read what's happening inside the order flow.
One session. Thirty replays. A reference document you'll return to for years.

What platform or software do I need?
You don't need any specific software to attend — you're watching and participating in the analysis, not running tools yourself. The replays will be presented using footprint chart tools on NinjaTrader. If you want to follow along with your own charts, NinjaTrader with the OrderFlows indicator suite works best, but it's not required.
Do I need to be a footprint chart user already?
Yes. This clinic assumes you have a working understanding of footprint charts and basic order flow concepts — delta, imbalances, volume at price. If you're brand new to footprint charts, start with our foundational training first. The replay format will move too fast for someone with no baseline.
How many people will be in the session?
Small group. The whole point of this format is that group interaction and live discussion are part of the learning process. We keep it intentionally small so the discussion stays real and Mike can engage directly with every participant's reads and questions.
Will I get a recording if I can't attend live?
A recording will be made available after the session. That said, the live format — being in the room when Mike freezes the replay and asks "what do you see?" — is where most of the value is. We strongly encourage you to attend live if at all possible.
What markets will the replays cover?
The majority of replays will focus on futures markets — primarily MES, 6E, UB, and CL — because they provide the cleanest footprint data and the richest order flow signals. The principles apply across all liquid markets traded on a footprint chart.
Is this the same content as the Trade Encyclopedia or existing courses?
No. The Intelligence Clinic is new material in a new format. The replay-based diagnostic process is not something we've offered before. You'll see scenarios, conditions, and deconstructions that haven't appeared in any other OrderFlows product.
How is this different from a regular trading course?
A course is a presentation. This is a working session. You'll be asked to read charts under realistic conditions — with incomplete information, before the outcome is known — and your reads will be discussed live. The intelligence document gets built in real time, together, not handed to you at the end. It's a fundamentally different learning experience.
This is a one-time small-group session. When the seats are gone, they're gone. The replay format doesn't scale — and that's exactly what makes it valuable.
